This is an ONLINE BIDDING ONLY AUCTION.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED DATE & TIME CAN BE RESOLD AGAIN VIA AUCTION AND FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS WILL RESULT IN AN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION FROM ALL FUTURE AUCTION PARTICIPATION FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS, AND YOU MUST CALL US TO HAVE IT REINSTATED. YOU MAY CALL TO RESERVE THAT YOUR ITEM BE STORED FOR PICK UP AT ANOTHER TIME, BUT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A STORAGE FEE IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE THIS PRIVILEDGE.

ALSO, you have a duty to inspect the items before the auction closes at the scheduled inspection time. We do not grant returns. Please make sure you do your own due diligence and come in and physically inspect the items. This helps you with your purchasing decision and reduces the probability of a bad purchase.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There is a 10% buyer's premium for all of our auctions. The buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, at check out you will be charged $110.00 plus the 6% Michigan sales tax. We only accept Checks or Money Orders on all invoices. WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, PAYPAL, OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC FORM OF PAYMENTS for invoices under $50.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent the next business day after the auction closes. Buyers are given a specified location & pick up days and times to come in and pay for items.

Increasing your own bid/Bidding Errors: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your bidder number in the bid field, or make a typo you must immediately contact us by email. Use the contact page on our website (we must have your request in writing). We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dynamic Closing: The closing time of an asset is automatically maybe extended when a bid is placed near the auction's closing time to prevent snipe bidding and give bidders a chance to respond to last-minute bids.

Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction.

Winning Bidder Notification: You will be contacted by email ONLY (you are responsible for checking your email), and you will receive an invoice in your account. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email the next day.

SALES TAX: 6% Michigan Sales Tax will be collected.

IMPORTANT TAX EXEMPT STATUS: If you are tax exempt, prior to the conclusion of the online auction you must DOWNLOAD and EMAIL a copy of the appropriate states tax exempt form to help-desk@auctionstrikes.net. You must include your bidder number and the closing date of the auction. Forms without this information will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the state for a refund.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined together. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. When in doubt, use inspection days to view all items before placing a bid.

Catalog Inaccuracies: You are bidding on the described item not the photo. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed - ALWAYS READ the item description.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. This sale is to the business community as "equipment" & "inventory" without any implied or expressed warranty. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. When in doubt of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. We strongly suggest utilizing the inspection days to view all items before placing a bid.

Bidders are responsible for their own removal of items. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Any requests from a purchaser to store an item for a later pick up date will be charged with a storage fee that must be paid in advance. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid receipt and two pieces of identification.

IMPORTANT! Auction Strikes LLC has the option of reselling, removing, storing, or abandoning unpaid items.

The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

Auction Strikes, LLC reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids and/or reserve prices. We also reserve the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event and also make changes to the auction closing times, inspection, and/or removal times.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Liability: Auction Strikes, LLC and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder's purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and additional fees are non-refundable.

LIMITATIONS: The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by Auction Strikes, LLC
